great for cooking
This is de- alcoholised wine that you can keep in your cupboard once opened for a few months. It smells just as good as an ordinary wine like chardonnay and imparts a good flavour in dishes. I gave up drinking wine last christmas but did miss it in my cooking but was loathe to buy a bottle just to use a splosh - so this product is great for me.

Good stuff
I didn't even notice the alcohol was removed, that explains the price .. the sin tax criminals did not get to steal our money. Since the alcohol boils off during cooking this is a perfect way to go. Oh ... and it tastes great.
