Green & Black's Organic Dark Chocolate
Filled with peppermint fondant for a fresh soft centre.
The freshness of mint, whilst wonderfully invigorating, can overpower other flavours when they are combined. For this reason, our challenge for the mint bar was to achieve the perfect balance of dark chocolate shell to mint fondant filling. We select the finest organic ingredients and take extra care to bring out the distinct flavour that has become our trademark.
