Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry.
Pan Fry: Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tblsp of oil in a frying pan, add liver, cook on a medium heat to seal, turn to seal other side. Reduce heat. Cook thoroughly for 6-7 minutes until juices run clear and there is no pink meat

Don't just use for pate.
These are so different from the much hated calves liver of my youth. Delicious fried with bacon and onion or cooked in a creamy sauce. The flavour is superb with none of the 'iron' taste of other types of liver.

Great for pate
These livers make a woderful duck liver pate.Lots of recipes on the web.I made the Anthony Worrall Thompson one with orange and Cointreau - delicious

wonderfull creamy livers, great flash fried or flambe'd, and also make great pate. good price and good availability. usually only see duck livers availablke for about 2 hours near xmas! these are great quality, great priced, and seem to be in stock as standard.
