These are prepared entirely by hand using prime quality salmon and lobster.

Keep refrigerated 0-4°C.

Prepare & Use

To reheat
Remove fishcakes from packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of
a preheated oven at 180ºC for 18 minutes
To microwave
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power
for 90 seconds. (Note all appliances vary, these are guidelines only, check
food is piping hot before serving)
Serving
Try serving simply with a salad for a light gourmet snack or with our creamy
champagne Sauce to achieve new gastronomic heights.

Tasty and well made

Delicious, nicely put together, lovely big chunks of lobster - would like more! A good balance of seasoning and a tasty meal overall.

not again

bland, dry and tasteless - no flavour. If had eyes shut, would think it was a roll of slightly spicy mashed potato. And what a cost!

Scrumptious

Really lovely chunky fish cakes. Nice flavour and not too potato-y. Though there's only 10% of lobster, I could see & taste quite a few chunks in the fish cakes. The salmon was well distributed too. Though expensive, would buy again.

Disappointed!

I only see Salmon and Potatoes.....no sight or taste of lobster or whatsoever.......very disappointed indeed.

BEST FISH CAKES ANYWHERE

I buy these again and again. They are large enough to be filling, they taste wonderful, and they're great for a quick, easy meal with chips & your choice of veg. Can't fault them.
