Hahn Winery was founded in 1980 by Nicky and gaby Hanh and is still family owned and operated today. Their children, Philip and Caroline will continue the family's commitment to high quality, handcrafted wines. This Pinot Noirhas fresh raspberry and blackn cherry scents, fragrant cardamom and clove aromas, light toasty oak flavours and a earthiness and cool climate freshness that would pair perfectly with mushrooms risotto, shellfish and game.

Magnificent

This is probably the wine that Miles was looking for. The dusty raspberry aroma and limpid ruby colour are reminiscent of good red Burgundy, although there is a distinctively Californian hint of coconut on the palate. Extremely smooth, but also rich and slightly nervy. Excellent length, with pleasantly surprising cinnamon notes on the finish. Lots of raspberry fruit, with lithe tannins and good acidity.

Excellent wine

I usually stick with French wines but like pinot noir so as this was on offer, I thought I would try it. This is a light but fruity flavoured wine. Extremely pallitable whatever you drink it with and one I will definitely purchase again. Has the tast of a good quality wine with no nasty after effects.
