Prepare & Use
Mix, make & enjoy!
- Pour the contents of the pack into a mixing bowl (single pack).
- Beat 1 egg, 200ml of your usual milk (dairy or dairy free), & 1 tablespoon of oil in a seperate bowl.
- Add the liquid to the dry mix & whisk until smooth.
- Grease a small non-stick frying pan with small knobs of butter or oil.
- Pour enough batter to coat the pan or form a sizable pancake & cook until small bubbles appear in the batter
- Flip the pancake on the other side & cook until golden

Great for family weekend breakfasts!
have bought this elsewhere before and happy its back on Ocado. american -style, healthy and the box made loads of pancakes for a family of 5. gluten free too, for my coeliac son!

Easy pancake mix
I bought these for shrove Tuesday and was not disappointed! Tasty pancakes, as well as having 4 grains, so quite healthy too!

Mixture does't look good but great when cooked!
I don't usually use packet food and when I made the mixture, did not look good! But I did add an extra egg and some more milk and the pancakes were delicious and just as good - if not better than with wheat flour - would recommend! My 14 year old who is not coeliac woofed them down too!

healthy, delicious and great value pack!
these pancakes fit the bill for all tastes and diets. I bought them because they were wheat free and dairy free but my whole family loved them. Will be buying again.

A couple of tips...
I love these - I find they rise higher and seem lighter if you let the batter sit for a minute or two before you cook them. Lovely with sliced bananas and pecans added to the batter. I also don't measure the milk - I beat the egg and the oil and whisk in the mix and add the milk to the consistency I want depending on if I'm making american style or crepes.
