Great
I use it in porridge, milkshakes, ice cream... Fab flavour, totally natural and with less calories than sugar.

Amazing syrup and sugar substitute
This product is a great alternative to things like sugar, honey and syrup. It has a low GI, and less calories than sugar. I use it in everything from on pancakes and porridge to in savoury recipes which require a little sugar to be added. It's so versatile, I always have a bottle in the cupboard!

Totally delicious
Tastes somewhere between honey and golden syrup. Great on yoghurt or porridge and even better on ice cream or pancakes. Totally natural, organic and low GI, what's not to like?

Tasty stuff
Yum, lovely syrup. Great in everything as a sugar substitute, really nice on pancakes and in shakes. A small teaspoon in a white wine spritzer or Pimms works well too. Lovely in cakes, helps keep the cake nice and moist.
