Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
Prepare & Use
Oven
Preheat oven. Combine 400g of diced chicken and sauce in a casserole dish, cover and place in centre of oven. Stir half way through cooking. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stir before serving.
Pan Fry
Add 400g of diced chilled chicken and sauce together into a pan. Simmer, stirring occasionally. Add extra water if more sauce is required. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Stir before serving.

Tasty
This sauce is really nice (I used pan fry instructions also) Im going to try out the other half fat ones in this range as this tasted just as good, if not better than most full fat ones.

Excellent
Very tasty sauce, and excellent for those on a low fat diet. I have always used it in the pan fry method and it makes a quick and delicious curry. Spicy but not too hot - I would highly recommend this sauce.

Good sauce
Although this is half-fat it still works well in my curries. No-one in the family has noticed!
