Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate once opened and use within 4 weeks.
Prepare & Use
Serving Suggestion:
Chicken, lamb, pork or vegetable stir fry
Place 2 Tbsp of oil in a wok or large frying pan and set over medium-high heat. Add onions and your choice of chicken, pork, lamb or vegetables.
Stir-fry 6-8 minutes, or until chicken etc is well cooked. Turn heat down to minimum. Now add the sauce, simmer for 2 mins.
Serve with rice.

Fresh tasting
This is a really fresh tasting sauce that packs flavour. It isn't at all watery like a lot of sauces I have tried. Highly recommended..

Too sweet for us
I bought this as it is nice to find gluten-free stir-fry sauces. I appreciate that for someone on a salt-free diet this could be fantastic, but for us it was far too sweet. I added lots of gf soy sauce to try to counteract the sweetness, but failed. It has no hint of heat to it either - I'm sure my children will enjoy it. I might try the other flavour, but won't buy this again.
