A favourite Indian dish – rich and full of flavour. Can be made with any meat or vegan/vegetarian equivalent. Make it medium/hot or very hot by following instructions on the included Chilli Guide. Full and simple recipe included.

Just add: around 450g chosen protein (e.g. meat/paneer/tofu), an onion and half a can of tinned tomatoes or 2-3 fresh ones.

excellent!

Thought I would give this a go, as received great reviews all round. Was really pleased with the results, really light and fresh tasting. Prep took around 15 mins, and cooking time around 40 mins. Cooked this with finely chopped carton of toms,which I think really helped. Well worth it, and will order this regularly, and looking forward to tasting other flavours.

Best Madras

This was sooo nice. First had it about 6 months ago and has become a regular Friday night winner. Makes the kitchen smell so gorgeous too with all the fresh ingredients going on. Would actually say this is better than I've had in a lot of restaurants - and you feel like you are cooking from scratch too.. which I suppose you are, but you know what I mean!!! Will be gutted if it ever disappears....... so cheap for an authentic curry .... as you can tell - loved it and recommend it!!!

Perfect for beginners up to advanced cooks!

Hubby has never tried cooking curry before and as I'm half indian, I know what they should taste like, these are perfect and have given him the confidence to try more of these kits and cook curries even without the kits if we've eaten all the ones we order! Brilliant idea, brilliant product and fairly priced!!
