Product Description

A light, tasty curry flavoured with whole and ground spices. Traditionally used with chicken, but can be made with any meat or vegan/vegetarian equivalent. Make it hot or mild by following instructions on the included Chilli Guide. Full and simple recipe included.

Just add: around 450g chosen protein (e.g. meat/paneer/tofu), an onion and half a can of tinned tomatoes or 2-3 fresh ones.
Good made with parboiled potatoes and a bag of fresh spinach to make a Saag Aloo. Full and simple recipe included.

Delicious... where's the reorder button again?

Makes making a homemade curry very easy. I love the fact that it doesn't contain salt, it meant that it was baby friendly. My 9/12old loved it as much as we did. Will definitely repurchase and try with other proteins.

Very average curry

Made this with chicken. Although it is good to have most of the ingredients in a kit, including fresh ginger and garlic, the end result was disappointing. I have used much less expensive kits and got far better results, so will not be buying this again!

Glorious!

Wonderful curry with a very 'authentic' taste. May be a little much for those who favour stereotypical British takeaway but fantastic for the rest of us! Like all the curries in this collection the instructions are clear, concise and easy. HIghly recommended, and pay no attention to naysayers who claim this is fiddly or time-consuming. The only way they could make this easier is if they came round and cooked it for you!

Good Aid For Novice

I have always intended to have a go at cooking up a curry from scratch but never got past picking up a ready made sauce. This pack was perfect, providing not just the ingredients but also the tips and aids for the cooking part. Have another in the range to try and can't wait.
