Empty unused contents into a suitable covered container. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Prepare & Use

Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir gently while heating. Do not boil or overcook as this will impair the flavour.
Microwave (Category E-850W): Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. Heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Check that the product is hot before serving.

great for cooking

Great as a base for cooking, add chicken, rice, vegetables, etc. and it becomes a great sauce or base for a stew.

Disappointing

This tastes excessively creamy, and just doesn't seem to be combined properly. The true texture of leeks is completely lost. The Baxters version is so far superior to this.
