Storage
Empty unused contents into a suitable covered container. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Prepare & Use
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and stir gently while heating. Do not boil or overcook as this will impair the flavour.
Microwave (Category E-850W): Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. These are guidelines only. Heat on full power for 1,5 minutes. Stir, then heat for a further 1 minute. Check that the product is hot before serving.

Lovely thick and filling soup
I would highly recommend this soup as it makes a healthy and filling lunch, as well as being low calorie - only 2 points on the Weight Watchers plan. Good balance of flavours and plenty of lentils.

Hearty, warming and delicious!
I'm known for my obsessive label reading when shopping, and this is one of weightwatchers lowest fat soups (according to my label readings!) However this soup is by far the most delicious! Perfect for a guilt-free meal for one - it is delicious! A definite winter warmer!

Horrid
Thought I'd try this as its so low in pro points. Stupidly didn't realise its 1 pro point per 100g. So I could have spent the points on a good soup like Covent Garden or Yorkshire Provender. Oh well just proves you get what you pay for. This soup is horrible. Very little flavour and a rather unpleasant texture. Leaves an aftertaste. Will not buy again.
