Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions - Cook from Frozen:
Before serving check that the food is piping hot throughout, if not cook further.
Microwave Cooking:
Remove film before cooking.
750W or Category D - 9 minutes on Full Power - Stand for 1 minute.
850W or Category E - 8 minutes on Full Power - Stand for 1 minute.
Conventional Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF) or gas mark 6 (For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature/time accordingly).
2. Remove film lid and place on a baking tray.
3. Cook for 45 minutes in the top half of the oven.
4. Take out of the oven and stand for one minute.
5. Serve

Very tasty
Low calorie meals are sometimes rather lacking, but this is very flavoursome, with a reasonable amount of salmon, and the broccoli survives the oven well. These WW meals are well balanced, and so handy to chuck in the oven when you don't have time to cook. Best eaten as part of the 3-hour rule ie eat something every 3 hours otherwise it won't feel sufficiently sustaining.

I think this is one of the best WW meals out there. And this is coming from a picky eater! It's become a staple in my freezer... Give it a try!
