Hendrick's is handcrafted in Scotland, using the highest quality neutral grain spirit distilled through two different types of still for a unique blend of floral notes and depth of character taking from eleven different botanicals and a delightfully peculiar infusion of rose petals and most unusually cucumber.

50ml Hendrick's Gin
150ml tonic water
Build all in hi ball glass over ice and garnish with three cucumber slices.

Serve as a Gin & Tonic over ice garnished with a cucumber slice.
Can also be used in a range of cocktails using quintessential British ingredients.

Bramble à la Maison

50ml Hendrick's Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons caster sugar
Blackcurrant cordial or
Fruit squash concentrate
Pour all ingredients Except the cordial into a jar.
Fill with ice, screw the lid on tight and shake!
Decant into tea cup and drizzle with cordial.

Sage Advice

50ml Hendrick's Gin
12.5m fresh lemon juice
12.5ml fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon caster sugar
4 sage leaves
Ginger Ale
Add ingredients into tea cup without
Ginger Ale and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add ice and stir again, before topping with
Ginger Ale, Garnish with a cucumber slice.

Tea Time Jam & Tonic

40ml Hendrick's Gin
1 teaspoon strawberry jam
2cm diced cucumber
Tonic water
Add ingredients to tea cup without tonic.
Stir until Jam is dissolved, then infuse for a few moments before adding ice and topping with tonic.
