Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Pan Fry
2-3 minutes
Place on preheated frying pan, turning once during cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.

a bit grizzly
the edges of these were a bit grizzly when bought recently. Had to cut quite a lot off. The rest tasted good though.

Good for when you want a smaller steak
Often eaten with my daughter who finds them just the right size for her. We usually flash fry them in a griddle pan, with mushrooms and onions for the adults. They have always been very tasty when we have had them - no trace of gristle!

Delicious steaks
These are marbled beautifully, taste of beef, and absolutely stunning. I fry them just with salt and pepper and olive oil, and stuff them into a sandwich with mustard and watercress. DIVINE. My husband can't get enough. Highly recommended!
