Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 20-25 mins
Fan (180ºC): 20-25 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
As skins are natural there is no need to prick them.
Grill
15-20 minutes
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place under a medium grill turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Barbecue
Tkae extra care when barbecuing. If possible cook first and barbecue to finish. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Do not reheat once cooled

Pointless
Tastes like normal sausages with an extra greasy texture

Chewy skin
Actually, the filling of these sausages was very nice. You could tell it was something other than just pork and you did get a few cherries thrown in. However, the skin was as tough as old boots. The first couple of mouthfuls I had to spit the skin out, but then I just ended up skinning the whole of the sausages before I ate them. The fact that I could hardly get my knife through them proved the point.

Where's the duck?
I agree with the other reviewers -- we bought these because we love duck, but we couldn't really taste it in these. Had I not known what they were I would have guessed they were just some nice pork sausages.

Nice But Surprisingly Unexciting!
Duck & Sour Cherries sounded lovely - I had great hopes. But they turned out to be pleasant but unexceptional - to be honest, if I hadn't known they were duck & cherry, I don't think I could have guessed. They tasted like nice, quite rich pork saussies, with an occasional hit of something slightly fruity. Nice but no prize & a bit pricey for just the four.

Unusual and tasty
Smelt beautiful when cooking and didn't disappoint in taste - tasted like a classic sausage but with a lovely twist. Excellent sausages, would definitely buy again.
