Seeded shortcrust pastry, stuffed with creamy béchamel, leaf spinach, mature cheddar, free range egg & crumbled Greek feta cheese, topped with oven roasted red peppers.

Keep your quiche refrigerated. This quiche can be frozen. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Always defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Prepare & Use

Oven cook
This quiche can be eaten cold, but we think it tastes better hot. Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4. Remove all packaging. Place quiche on a baking tray on the middle shelf of your oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes

Divine!

Was 'adamb' really writing about this product? It's the best quiche I've ever tasted and has been raved about by everyone I've fed it to. Wonderful flavour and ridiculously more-ish. Even though they're already cooked, I always re-heat Higgidy quiches, including this one, and eat them warm although they're still divine when they've cooled down again. Maybe that's why it didn't work for 'adamb'.

Really disappointing. Claggy pastry and a filling devoid of texture or flavour.

Higgidy Heaven

Higgidy pies are the most wonderful creations. They are clearly made with real love and attention. Delicious flavours come from excellent ingredients - it literally feels like someone made it just for you!
