Oven cook - From Chilled/Ambient
Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
Remove all packaging.
Place pie on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Check pie is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat.

Tasty & Filling
All round a very tasty pie. It's basically solid sausage at the bottom with a mashed potato top which some may not like but I quite enjoyed it. Nice crisp pasty. Quite heavy & filling though.

Fantastic
Excellent pie - has become our weekend treat. Pastry is delicious, peppery and slightly spicy. Very tasty. Best of the Higgidys by far - and they are all excellent!

Tiny!
One thing I find hard about online shopping is working out the sizes of things. This was a small pie for one person and I think this should be clear in the main description as although the weight is clear it's not always easy to check that when you're in a hurry. The photo looks like the other family sized pies. Tasted fairly good but even with lots of veg it wasn't really enough for a meal for two adults. A bit spicy which I'm not convinved wasn't to cover up for a lack of flavour in the meat, and quite fatty, too.
