yummy hot or cold

Had this for lunch when the oven was broken and it was delicious cold. Two of us ate the whole thing in the end!

Keep a stash in the office!

These handy little morcels are perfect for lunch on the go. We keep them in the fridge in the office and remark at the water cooler how delish they are.

WHY THE FETA CHEESE?

Feta cheese has a VERY strong, bitter flavour, and for me, it swamps these otherwise lovely little quiches. And it's a "hidden extra". Please, Higgidy - stop putting feta cheese in everything!... Not everybody likes it.
