Great
Flour is flour at the end of the day, but the sturdy and resealable box makes this worth the premium. No more opening a paper packet with a cloud of flour scattering across the kitchen! SIMPLE!

Re-sealable Packaging
I love this flour - it's the only one I've found that comes in re-sealable pack (a sturdy "box" type with flip top lid). No more burst bags lurking at the back of the cupboard.
