Our free range pigs are born outside and spend there entire lives in the fresh air, with freedom to roam in large paddocks. This allows the pigs to develop at a much more traditional rate which we believe enhances the specific flavour and texture of our hams.

Very pleased to find free range ham but sadly, although the first time I tried this I liked it - very meaty and tasty - subsequent purchases have been disappointing - too salty and somewhat soggy. Better than the other hams in the same range, though.

Lovely ham - free range a bonus

This ham is succulent and full flavoured - our family have really enjoyed it. The fact that it's free range too is an added bonus! Recommended.

Ended up throwing most of it away. It looked horrible and was really fatty.
