Perfect for ham and eggs
This isn't intended as a sandwich ham, it is thick slices to serve as that or strips for pizza or pasta etc. Dry-fries perfectly without shedding a load of water so caramelises well, nice meaty taste without too much salt and is perfect for ham and eggs

Just what it says! Beautiful!
Lovely thick ham steaks, ideal for "ham and eggs" and chips or with a salad if you`re feeling virtuous. Or a really indulgent sandwich or large bap filler. Can`t understand anyone complaining - it quite clearly says "ham STEAKS" and illustrates four slices. Keeps well, too and makes a fantastic meal. Yum!

Wasted money
When ordered did not realise it was 4 very thick slices so useless for sandwiches. However children refused to eat it saying it tasted horrible - never before have they refused any ham! Wasted food.

4 large pieces, not 8 normal ones
Sometimes the pictures in Ocado can be a little tricky to interpret - not in this case. A 300g pack would suggest that it was double the number of slices in a 150g pack, but here it is actually 4 very thick large slices. So if you are making 8 sandwiches or need 8 slices for some other reason, it would be better to buy 2 150g packs. The taste in both packs is brilliant - good, meaty taste.
