Malty
It seems to me that it's hard to find a tasty loaf of bread, this comes about the closest in my opinion. Makes nice toast and has a pleasant malty nutty flavour

Too dry for sandwiches.
I can't fault the taste, but I found the texture too dry and stiff for sandwiches. Makes good toast.
