keep it in the fridge
I've not had a problem with mouldy bread in quite some time now as I keep my bread in the fridge. But I find all pre-pack breads go mouldy very quickly when non chilled - not just this particular brand.

Went mouldy very quickly
Was shocked by how mouldy this bread went, two days before sell-by-date. I thought it was because the cupboard was too hot but now, after reading other reviews, I know that isn't the case. It's such a shame, I don't know what's happened to this bread but I won't ever buy Hovis again.

Getting worse
Like the other recent reviews here, what used to be a good loaf of bread is now terrible. Goes dry and mouldy too quickly and before use-by-date.

mouldy!
So cross that mine went mouldy before the use by date that came on to comment and found other people had the same! Whole loaf thrown away and not cheap.

Tasty & Preservative Free
A mild tasting wholemeal that my kids love. No problem with going mouldy as earlier reviewers note but it disappears fast! That said I'd rather eat preservative free than have a long lasting loaf.
