What are innocent smoothies for kids?
We're glad you asked. They are a blend of whole crushed fruit, pure juice and absolutely nothing else.
Strawberries, Blackcurrants and Raspberries.
We asked kids what recipe they wanted us to make and this is what they came up with. One of the challenges of making it was that lots of kids' drinks use synthetically strawberry flavoured things, so some of them have forgotten what proper strawberries taste like. Thankfully, we've come up with a recipe that tastes better to kids than any other strawberry drink on the market. And mums are happy because their kids are drinking real, pure fruit, rather than synthetically strawberryized stuff. Thank goodness for that.

For people who don't like eating fruit
These are great to take to the office in the morning. Good way to get a portion of fruit without the hassle of sticky fingers and peeling things. Very nice flavour combination and cheap when compared to buying indivual bottled fruit smoothies. Slightly too much packaging though.

I often indulge myself in one of these when my daughter is not looking, she would be so cross if she knew, but they are yummy!!!

A great way to get the kids into fruit!
In my house it's so busy with five kids that these are the perfect breakfast, lunchbox, or teatime treat or drink. it's healthy and cheaper than making your own smoothie too. My kids love them and my husband even sneeks them himself from time to time!
