Inycon - The natural expression of Sicily. Our vineyards are part of the Inycon Estate, situated along the unspoilt coast of south west Sicily. Here generations of farming families, like mine, have worked together to produce Sicily's most characterful wines and to preserve our historic community.
Fiano is a classic southern Italian variety. It is subtly aromatic and is fresh and lively with a long dry finish.

Zingy
I don't usually go for Italian whites, most of which are insipid wines made from grapes distinguished mostly for their high yields, but I do find that Sicily offers some excellent value propositions, and fortunately this follows the latter rather than the former rule. Floral aroma, fresh and lemony on the palate with plenty of zing. Would go well with white fish.
