Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for a further brief period. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir before serving.

Disappointing
Recovering from surgery, with the use of only one hand for a while, I've discovered some great ready meals at Waitrose - but this isn't one of them. The brown crabmeat is a mistake, it lurks underneath the pasta in a lump while it's cooking, and then, when stirred in, overpowers the other flavours and makes the sauce way too rich. White crab meat would have been far better.

MOSTLY PASTA AND RUNNY, GRITTY SAUCE
Not as good as some of the Waitrose ready meals. LOTS of pasta with a few very small, chewy, overcooked prawns and some peas. LOTS of runny crab-flavour sauce that tastes like it's made mostly of ground-up crab shells. Far to runny & gritty.

Very good value
I bought this product because it sounded interesting and also because the reviews on it were a bit patchy. I found the taste was quite strong for once because often with ready made meals it is difficult to differentiate one from another but not so with this one, very seafood! I would definitely buy this again - did not taste like a ?2 meal!
