Excellent quality for the price
Soft and juicy if maybe a little bland. I prepared with tomatoes and basil and it was yummy. Better than the more expensive brands on sale with Ocado.

Won't be buying again
I bought this cheese to put on a pizza but it released so much water in the cooking process that the middle of the pizza was soggy and inedible. I have up to now used another supermarket brand which I will stick to in future as it does not have this problem.

Mi Piace Tanto
Not the best ever, but what can you expect from the essential range? It has reasonable flavour and texture, I get one every week and have a caprese for lunch which I enjoy thoroughly. I wouldn't serve it at a dinner party, but for the price it's very good. I would like it more if it wasn't always packed at the bottom of the carrier beneath bottles and tins, so I could admire the vaguely spherical form which it was intended to take. Grazie Ocado, che bravi.

Great, considering the price
Yes, perhaps it isn't as tasty as hand made buffalo mozarella, but it's less than half the price of that, and it's both cheaper and much more tasty than the big Italian brand of cow's milk mozarella.
