Each 30g serving contains Calories 114 6%, Sugars 5g 6%, Fat 0.5g <1%, Saturates 0.2g <1%, Salt 0.3g 6% of the guideline daily amount.
A 30g serving of Kellogg's Special K provides at least 50% of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of the vitamins thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin D; and 25% RDA of the mineral iron.

Ocado & Kellogg should be ashamed
The reduction of the pack size which masks a significant price increase per 100g is most disappointing.

Poor value
Agree with previous reviewer. Ocado keep reducing it's range. Not good.

Only thing new is higher price per 100g
Ocado have stopped selling the 500g box and now charge significantly more per 100g with this new 400g box. I dont care about the price but I do care about Ocado assuming that we are stupid.

my daughter's favourite cereal
Actually the only one any of my children eat. May not be the healthiest cereal, but compared to most children's brands, its not too bad. Not sure about the price comments, but this is the only size I can fit in my cupboards, so I've not much choice!
