Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw shellfish.

Cooking Instructions - General
For best results pan fry.
Do not reheat once cooled.
Grill - From Chilled
5 minutes.
Preheat grill.
Remove all packaging. Place skewers in a grill pan. Place under a high grill. Turn halfway through cooking.
Barbecue - From Chilled
Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled
4-5 minutes.
Remove all packaging. Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a non stick frying pan over a medium heat. Turn halfway through cooking.

Very Tasty
Conveniently skewered and nicely marinated and extremely quick to cook. Keep an eye on the grill and as soon as they turn pink turn over and then as soon as they turn pink remove. That way they are fresh and tender

Look great, don't taste so great
They really look great and are really simple to cook, but they really lack in taste. They tasted really bitter. Very disappointed
