Prepare & Use
A perfect aperitif, but also excellent served with seafood and salads, or as a partner to pasta or gnocchi in pesto.

Big price, big bottle, big wine
A superbly balanced Gavi. Not too strong at 12 percent and with unctuous smoothness but without being cloying or sickly. An utterly superb wine.

Refreshing - light
came out as a very drinkable light and fresh tasting wine. Followed up a salmon dish and I would have preferred to serve it with the dish - would have worked better than the wine I served. Very good, even on a wet Bank Holiday!

Best 'Gavi' I've drank in ages!
This is a beautiful fresh dry white but with a rich smooth taste, such easy drinking wine it's hard to have one glass.

Not worth the price
Pear and floral aromas. Light bodied. Good acidity, not much fruit. Better than much flabby Italian white, but not really worth the price even on offer.
