Good avocados!
I was put off by the reviews but I've now bought these a few times and not been disappointed. Perhaps lucky?

The difficult avocado
I don't know why the English food suppliers come up 'blank' with the fattiest proper fruit in the world! I never buy ripened ones, in this country. I pref to proof them in a brown paper bag, when hard and under-ripe. When you can get a slight impression on the ski, thru to the flesh. you're there. Cut then scoop & trickle lime juice on cut pieces for extra life hours!

Very Poor quality
One avocado was so ripe it was black, the other was not ripe enough and so tough that it was uneatable. Both went straight to he bin. Will not buy again.

Unripe
This was badly unripe. I had bought it for an avocado salad when guests came but it was so hard you could barely cut it! It needed about a week's ripening but as I had cut it open, it went black before it was ripe so went in the bin! My friend has had the same experience.

But it looked like a Haas in the picture....
Please tell us what kind of avocado you are selling. These were not Haas avocados. It's like asking for a banana, and being given a plantain. They were also hard in places and black in others - really poor.
