Buffalo Milk is rich, creamy and beautifully smooth and makes the most wonderful "melt-in-your-mouth" chocolate! The same qualities that make creamy buffalo mozzarella better than cow's mozzarella also show in the chocolate.
Our Water Buffalo...
Originate from South Asia however our Buffalo are all English born. Buffalo are tame, friendly and curious - they love having their cheeks rubbed!
We have herd of approx. 2,000 buffalo living on our farms and our partner farms enjoying long, happy stress-free lives.
Allergies
In many cases people with aversions to cow's milk can consume buffalo milk with no ill effect. However anyone wishing to use buffalo milk as a prophylactic should first seek medical advice.

Good but expensive
As someone allergic to cows milk, it is great to find a nice tasting chocolate. - also try Moo Free if you haven't yet - However this very expensive for such a small amount of chocolate!
