We challenge anyone who claims they dislike Liquorice try our Liquorice ice-cream - we believe we can conquer all! Very few have anything less than an empty bowl and some insist they need to try more to make up their mind, they aren't fooling us! Jody has lived and breathed ice-cream in his mission to create the best ice cream in the world - using only natural ingredients and no emulsifiers, xanthan gum, preservatives, or in simpler terms - no 'nasties'. The result is a luxurious blend of buffalo milk and jersey cream with natural ingredients giving each variant it's full, special flavour.

Our ice creams contain:
- No reconstituted skimmed milk;
- No maltodextrin;
- No colours (E150b);
- No E401 stabilisers;
- No locust bean gum;
- No guar gum or carrageenan;
- No mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids;
- No wheat fibre.

Who knew liquorice tasted so good?!

Having tried this and the vanilla flavour in this range, I have to say that I prefer this one. It's not too strong a liquorice flavour which I'm glad about as it's delicious as it is. It's also quite refreshing, which isn't an adjective I'd usually use to describe such a creamy ice cream. Well done Lavestock Park. Please bring out some more interesting flavours!

WOW

If i had seen the liliputlian size tub i would never have bought it, but im glad i did. Smooth as smooth. Excellent quality. I will keep this for pigging out in front of a movie.

Best kept secret

Like Marmite , some products are loved or loathed . Read the reviews of this ice cream and you will get strong positive and negative signals so try it for yourself . As 1 reviewer says It tastes more of strong brown sugar . Maybe strong coffee ?? I personnaly think it is a wonderful taste and has the quality of Hagan Das . But dont take my word for it because I love Marmite too.

Doesn't taste like liquorice at all.

I'm not a fan of liquorice, but I bought this out of curiousity, and mainly because of the reviews. I have to say I really like this, but only because it doesn't taste liquoricy at all! It just tastes of molasses. If you've never used molasses sugar before, just imagine a stronger brown sugar. Personally I'd give it 5 stars as it's delicious, but I'll give it 4 because of the misleading flavour.

Amazing flavour - just right

This is simply the best ice cream I have tasted anywhere. I was thrilled by the adventurous flavour in buffalo milk. I have made licorice ice cream successfully but it came out a strange grey colour. This is a honey/caramel colour and very attractive. Highly recommended.
