Buffalo milk is a totally natural product that can be consumed like any other milk. Time after time, participants in tasting trials select buffalo milk in preference to cows', goats' and artificially manufactured milks. They just love the taste!

About Our Buffalo:
Our Water Buffalo originate from South Asia where they have been domesticated for thousands of years. They are very tame, friendly and curious creatures who love human contact. Currently we have over 1500 buffalo on our and our partner farms. Several of these buffalo are almost 20 years old!

The Milk is Pasteurised but not Homogenised.

Please stock more!

I love the taste of this product! Its has a clean taste with a creamy consistency. It is whiter than full cream cows milk which is puzzling given that it has double the fat content of full cream cows milk. The fact that it is unhomogenised is a real plus for me, especially. I can see how this is a popular item and it is often out of stock which is a shame. I'd really like to see more of this supplied in the market and on the shelves so that its not so rare as it is now.

Made lovely mozzarella

I used this to make mozzarella, tasted much better on pizza than what I'd normally buy.

Delicious and high quality

Very creamy and delicious when undiluted. At 8% fat, it is double the fat content of whole cow's milk. If you need a larger volume e.g. to eat a breakfast cereal, simply dilute it 50% with water. Note that when undiluted, protein content is roughly the same, but calcium content is 50% higher than cow's milk. As for the taste, it's very hard to describe. If water had a flavour, it would taste like it! It's almost metallic in a pleasant way. Furthermore, I'm happy to support a farm that has good ethical standards by buying this, in contrast to mass-produced cow's milk. Strongly recommended.

Best milk in the world

We tried this as an alternative to goat's milk for our daughter and have never looked back. It is so amazingly creamy and fresh-tasting. Great in porridge, hot chocolate and we have fights over who gets it on the cereals if we're running low on it. We like that the animals are grass-fed - much better from omega 3 point of view.
