Cold roast beef sliced

Bought this when on offer, stashed in freezer for Christmas and roasted on low heat for 4 hours. Sliced the next day and had as part of a buffet. Really moist, tender and was beautiful. Often cooking for a longer time at a lower temperature brings out the best in meat.

Beautiful meat

I buy this to make beef mince, its only GBP12 a kilo which is very competitive. Delicious beef, and nice to know the cows are grass fed.

Great roast

I was very pleased with the joint I received ,was a bit nervous because of the negative reviews and normally buy duchy . However It looked great hardlly any fat , it cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely delicious , tender and great taste .I will certainly be buying this again

Tasty but did shrink a lot

Cooked in slow cooker and finished in oven. Tasty and carved well but did shrink a lot.
