I love these sausages - they taste like - meat! I'm not partial to biting into a sausage to taste gluten free fillers that range from potato starch to who knows what. Organic, nitrate free, additive free. a great choice for gluten free eaters!

Too dense
We found these really heavy, with little flavour / moisture. Definitely won't buy again, which is a shame as there aren't many organic sausages on the market.

Quality sausages.
I love cumberland sausages and they usually are my first choice. I wanted to try these straight away when I read the ingredients. Everything natural, nearly 100% meat and organic. At first, what struck me was that the "cumberland" seasoning was milder than other sausages I tried before, and was a bit disappointed. However, as I was tucking into my sausages, I realised that these were the best quality wise that I have tasted in a long time, they have a very meaty taste which I very much like. I will definitively buy these from now on.

Great sausages
I was so happy to find these nitrate-free sausages at Ocado. My children loved them, although they did struggle with the tough skins a bit. But, the taste was divine and the sausages tasted lovely and meaty, as sausages should. A big hit at our house.

let down by tough casing
Well seasoned and meaty, but the casings were unpleasantly chewy.
