Tough and Tasteless
Just because it says "organic" doesn't mean it's good. This is the last Laverstoke products I'll purchase. I've never had luck with them. These chops are positively anemic.

Good meat, bad butchering
And another review on the same theme... Laverstoke does very good meat but clearly can't cut it. One chop 300g, the other 160g, or one chop 2.5 cm thick on the bone side and barely 1 cm on the other. Laverstoke, let us know when change "butchers".

Terrible
This was the toughest, tasteless meat I have had in many a year. My husband refused to finish as he thought his crowned teeth were in jeopardy.

Badly butchered
The meat itself was fine - good flavour but a bit tough but the chops were so unequal in size it was ridiculous. One was a decent size, on the bone and the other was a thin strip of meat with no bone. I admire Laverstoke Park but I will not buy these again.
