Too thick and ends up chewy
Flavour was ok but for us these came out far too thick and consequently by the time they had cooked all the way through they were quite tough and chewy. If they were half the thickness they would probably be fine.

Sadly quality not consistent
Have purchased these previously & not been disappointed but on this occasion the chops were of poor quality, certainly did not appear to be prime cut loin & very tough & chewy once cooked so a great disappointment. Most ended up in the bin!

Hit or Miss
I've ordered these several times. When they are good, they are really great - thick, lean & they cook beautifully. When they are bad, they are oh-so-bad - huge, inedible meat/fat rings around the edges & only a tiny lean bit in the middle... bin-worthy. Order at your own risk & hope for a good batch.
