fantastic ricotta
lovely, creamy ricotta, used it to fill lumaconi, mixed with some parsley. Best i've tasted!

I like it! No...I Love it!!!
I used it to cook pesto and ricotta stuffed chicken breasts.It is not runny, with lovely flavour-tastes like homemade ricotta.

The whole family rejected this product as tasteless and rubbery. Would not buy again.

First Rate Ricotta
The best ricotta I have ever tasted. Perfect for use in lasagne, ravioli. Delicious when combined with tomato sauce as a pasta topping. Firm not watery texture.
