Lovely and creamy

Nice ........ if it stayed fresh!!
As a previous reviewer mentioned, it coagulates very quickly, despite being well within it's use by date and very vigorous shaking. I'd be very happy if it kept well, perhaps better processing would prevent me from having to eat it instead of drink it!!!!!

Not what I expected
Right from the second day of using this milk it was thick and left floating bits in drinks which usually means the milk is off. This was despite vigorous shaking. The milk didnt smell or taste off and I looked up to see what non-homogenised means as this is stated on the side. I think this is the reason why it acts like milk which had gone off. Not the sort of milk I shall be buying or ever want in my drinks again.

Delicious and I can tolerate it!
I've long had an intolerance of cows' milk and I thought I'd have the same reaction to this but hurray! I don't! Not only that but it also tastes delicious. Creamy and smooth and somehow softer and cleaner than cows' milk you'll have to taste it to understand what I mean.

good for custard
tried this one for making custard, but it does not thicken the same as cow milk, even with a lot of powder. Tastes good though. I was suprised that this had less calorific value than cow milk.
