A Great Tasting 'Free From' Biscuit

I can't understand why some people have commented on the powdery texture... that's Gluten and Wheat Free Biscuits for you in general! These are great tasting biscuits without being too sweet. The small bits are pieces of ginger and this is what makes them taste so good. I can't understand why some people have rated them so low unless they have bought them by mistake not realising they are Gluten, Wheat, Dairy and Egg free. My partner wouldn't have known and thought they tasted quite nice. Once opened these biscuits need to be stored in an air tight container. My only comment to the manufacturer would be to consider wrapping these biscuits in pairs so they stay fresh and are easy to carry in a handbag for emergencies when you cannot find anywhere to get a snack.

Great biscuits

These biscuits have a really nice flavour and texture, as well as being gluten, dairy and egg free - brilliant.

Gritty, strange biscuits

I bought these on special offer, hoping that they would be something special with an artisan feel to them. We love ginger biscuits from a variety of manufacturers, but this time we were sorely disappointed. The only way I can describe them is that they taste like they are made of ground brick-dust. Gritty, powdery - which dissolves in the mouth but not in a nice way - and the ginger flavour was not very pronounced. In all they did not meet expectations and I certainly would not recommend them.

Just bought 4 more packs

These biscuits were a real surprise - lovely texture and delicious and free from! Immediately went online to order some more - and they are on offer too! Going to have to try the Millionaire's Shortbread now!
