Product information

My humans call me the 'cunning little cat' (Le Petit Chat Malin). This may be because whilst they tend to the grapes and make wine, I like to spend my days looking for mischief, after all a cat has nine lives!
Whilst I prefer a lap or two of water. I've overheard them say this white wine is crammed with citrus fruit flavours, a touch of apricot and a subtle twist of spice.

History
Like all good stories, Boutinot France's is both long and a little bit complicated! Boutinot began as a tiny importer in 1980, specialising in French wines. Today, Boutinot has over 20 employees who take care of production across the whole of France. Drawing on the expertise of our 4 winemakers its all about the blend put together using modern winemaking techniques which create this 'lapably' delicious range of wines.

This juicy ripe range of wines hails from the sunny south of France where intense sunshine ripens the grapes that go into our cunning blend.

Vinification Details
Immediately after picking at optimum maturity the grapes are pressed and undergo cold fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is blocked in order to preserve the acidity in the wine.

dont get the hype

Sorry had way better for around the same price point! Sour and acidic

Meooow!!

We started with the red one, loved it and then tried this. My first glass was just wine, no food. I do have a very sensitive stomach and cannot drink whites due to the acidity but it went down a treat. Try it and then decide for yourself. We are on to rose now. And yes- big, mad cat lover here!

Disappointed

Like another reviewer, I found this too acidic. Also, Ocado's description has the wrong ABV yet again - it's 13%.

sometimes in life you got to take a gamble and I'm glad I did this is definitely worth a try guys already put two more in my basket for next week

Rough and acidic

After reading previous reviews we thgought we would try this wine but were very disappointed. It left an unpleasant aftertaste and was not at all enjoyable, will not be buying again.
