Keep refrigerated below 5°C. For use by date see front of pack. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
For best results oven heat. Oven cook. Electric, 200°C, 20-25 mins. Fan, 180°C, 20-25 mins. Gas 6, 20-25 mins.Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven until piping hot and golden brown. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Microwave. B/650W 4.5 mins. D/750W 4 mins. E/850W 3.5 mins. Microwave ovens vary. Refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a microwaveable plate. Check that food is piping hot. If not, heat for a further brief period. Stand for 2 minutes before serving. do not reheat once cooled.

Great with lamb
I had this instead of mash when i did a roast dinner and even my husband whos not a fan of leeks liked it. Lovely with lamb.

Tasty and soft leeks in well balanced sauce
We really enjoy this side dish, as it is tasty and well seasoned. The leeks are lovely and tender. It goes really well with sea bass/sea bream.

if you like half raw leeks youll love this
I cooked this initially for the time on the pack and at the right temperature, then even gave it another 10 minutes, and the leeks were crunchy and half raw yet the other ingredients were cooked. These leeks should have been pre cooked before assembling and selling this meal, there is no way they were going to cook in the same time as the rest of the ingredients, leeks need to be cooked separately first until a little softened and it completely spoiled the meal for me as I like leeks not to be half raw when i eat them.

Great combination
Was very pleased with this. Great flavours, tender leeks, and a sauce which is light and not at all cloying. Thought the cheese on top was a bit too salty but I enjoyed the meal anyway.

Make sure it is cooked long enough and hot enough and this will turn out very well.
