Remove lid. Lay the lid back on to the pot and place on a microwaveable plate. Stir halfway through heating time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period.

Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
Stir well before serving.
Do not reheat once cooled

wholesome
its tasty and spicy.Quite strong exotic flavour, definitely not for bland palette! Only complaint some big chunks of veg, You wouldn't know pt had chicken in it though!

Far too sweet for something that isn't dessert
Rasam is traditionally a sweet and sour soup but the amount of sugar in this soup is far too high. Definitely will not be buying again.

Tasty
Really thick and great tasting. There are some strange chunks of veg which are a bit too big, but this doesn't happen in every pot. Overall it's lovely and very filling.
