Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for two minutes.

Not only great for kids
My 87-year old mother has a tiny appetite and follows a strict diet. This is her treat once a fornight: the portion is just right and the taste not too strong. Suggest rebranding not only for kids. How many older people are out there for whom this is just perfect?

Loved it, loved it, loved it.
We bought this for our son to try as mum and dad wanted to eat a curry too. He loved it, we will definitely be trying the others.

My 3 year old daughter likes other types of Little Dishes but hated this one. Just said "It stinks", and refused to try it.
