poison in a baby wash?

Should propelyene glycol or anti freeze be in a baby wash?Its a well known irritant.

Nice and gentle for babies

This product is fine, mild scent and easy to use, leaves the kids clean. However I find that the suds sort of linger in the bath and leave all the bath toys a bit slimy, and even the kids need a quick rinse when they come out of the tub. So I found it too slimy for me and have switched to something else.
