chunks of tomato cores!

This sauce was tasty. However, there were lumps of tomato cores in it and it was rather vinegary/acidic. Needs a tad of sugar IMHO and I am not an avid sugar eater!

Quite spicy

The sauce tasty quite spicy almost as if it contained chilli....i used it to mix with meat balls...it did not go down well with my 8 year old daughter who is normally pretty good with spice.

Very very good sauce

It is a really well made sauce. It saves a lot of time and is really tasty. I used a 660gram bottle with 1kg of mince and also a packet of passata or supermarket brand chopped tomato sauce with olives and you can not tell that the bolognese sauce is from a bottle as it tastes homemade.

Great sauce for a quick meal

For a quick meal, this sauce is brilliant! I always buy good quality mince from my local butcher, then add the sauce, diluting it slightly with a little passata, just to make it slightly less rich. It saves ages chopping all the vegetables yourself and the family love it.
