Product information
M&S Celeriac
"This is – in this country, at least – a sadly under-used root vegetable. Underneath its tough hairy skin, its flesh is creamy and nutty, and its celery flavour is light, which means even those who don’t like celery or anise flavours, seem to love it. Mix it with potatoes or other root vegetables, or just by itself, to make mash, and it’s great in gratins and stews, too. And you should also try it as the French do, grated raw and dressed with cream mixed with some mayonnaise and mustard for an elegant coleslaw-ish salad!" Nigella Lawson

Versatile
Makes lovely low carb mash, soup and oven chips or roasties. Size varies from quite small to big for the same price, not sure why this happens.

Good size
Having had celeriac in a restaurant I decided to cook it myself for the first time. The M and S celeriac was a good size, I peeled, cut into chunks and roasted. A delicate flavour ( bit like celery) and tasty hot or cold.
